WEST GODHAVARI
West Godavari district is one of the thirteen districts inside the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The district is situated in Coastal Andhra vicinity of the country.
Eluru is the executive headquarters of the district.[2] As of 2011 census of India, it has an area of 7,742 km2 (2,989 squaremi) and a population of three,936,966.[3] it's miles bounded through Krishna district on the west, East Godavari district at the east, Bay of Bengal at the south and the kingdom of Telangana at the north.

As of Census 2011, it have become the maximum populous district of the state with a populace of 5,151,549.[2] Rajahmundry and Kakinada are the two biggest cities inside the Godavari districts in phrases of population.
